Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020, Misty endured chemotherapy, radiation, and multiple surgeries, including a double mastectomy and reconstruction. Four years later, she made a stunning comeback, competing in her first fitness competition in November 2024 - where she took home first place in the Womenโs Wellness division.
Her story, however, is about far more than trophies. Itโs about transformation, perseverance, and the belief that life after cancer can be not just survived, but thrived.
